AZRAK CASTLE: A 3rd century Roman fortress. All of it was built by black basalt stones. It was rebuilt by the Muslims in the 12th century and the 16th century. Then it was used to protect the pilgrims on their way to Mecca. It was used by the Arab Army during the Arab Revolution. |

An old Roman road which was paved in the 2nd century A.D , it was called the King’s way as The Roman Emperor Trajan ordered to pave it to link between Bosra in Syria and Aqaba in the south of Jordan. | |
| BETHANY (BAPTISM SITE):
A place located in the Jordan valley on the Eastern Bank of the River Jordan. It is believed that John the Baptist lived and baptized in that area. MUKAWIR:The place where John the Baptist was beheaded. Ruins of an old castle can be visited. |

A little stream in the north of Jordan. It is believed that this was the place where Jacob has a fight with the Angel and he was given the name Israel. | |

DANA:
An old village located on one of the most beautiful mountains of Jordan. The area is considered to be a natural life reserve. |
| BEIDA:
The area is liked to be called little Petra. It is the place where most of the Caravans used to rest before going to Petra. The village of Beida is the first agricultural village to be found in Jordan back to 8500 BC One of a few valleys around the Dead Sea area. Mentioned in the Old Testament under the name of Arnon. A great place for Hiking and swimming. The place it self is a great experience to be in or to see the scenery from the top of the mountain. |

HIJAZI RAILWAY:
A railway which was constructed by the Turkish Ottomans in the year 1908 to carry the Ottomans soldiers from Istanbul to the Arab lands. It was called the Hijazi Railway, as the reason declared for its construction was to carry the pilgrims to Mecca in Hijaz. The northern part of the Railway is used for tourism while the southern part of it is used to carry the Phosphate from the mines to the port of Aqaba. |

The Sea which separates Asia from Africa. Aqaba is the only Jordanian on this Sea, It comes on one of two gulfs called the Gulf of Aqaba. The water of this Gulf is usually calm. The reef of this Gulf is full of colorful Corals and a huge variety of fishes can be seen in the Gulf of Aqaba. |
